Teacher · Builder · Leader
I operate at the intersection of faith and the marketplace.
I believe one of the greatest weaknesses in our generation is the separation of belief from execution — faith preached on Sunday and abandoned on Monday. I refuse to live that way.
I teach God's Word with clarity, not confusion. Scripture was never meant to be watered down, softened to fit culture, or detached from real life. It was meant to form disciplined, convicted leaders.
I build in the marketplace with the same conviction I carry in the pulpit. I've led teams, structured companies, developed systems, and operated under pressure. I understand leadership beyond theory — because I live it.
My calling is simple: make disciples.
Not just in church buildings, but in businesses, families, boardrooms, and everyday decisions.
Faith is not separate from leadership.
Stewardship is not separate from doctrine.
Conviction is not separate from success.
I equip leaders who want clarity in Scripture and strength in execution — leaders who refuse to compartmentalize their faith and who understand that influence is a responsibility.
If you're looking for comfort, there are plenty of voices for that.
If you're looking for clarity, conviction, and leadership rooted in truth — you're in the right place.
Two lanes. One foundation. Both grounded in scripture, stewardship, and conviction.
"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." — Psalm 119:105 (KJV)
"Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings." — Proverbs 22:29 (KJV)

I speak in churches, conferences, leadership events, and business settings. My goal is always the same: clarity, conviction, and practical truth.
Roundtable
Mental health matters in business because your business is you. If you're not present and well, you can't address problems clearly or grow effectively.
Podcast Appearance
It's important to reflect on your past without dwelling in it. Reflection creates awareness; awareness creates change.
